Montana Hotels - Motels and B&B Flathead and Northwest Montana

Whatever your accommodations needs are while visiting the Flathead Valley, a great number of properties in Northwest Montana can help you feel right at home on vacation or during business travel.

The Valley boasts many cabins, dude ranches and friendly bed-and-breakfast inns. Many cabins with all the modern comforts are available to choose from on lakes, rivers or in the mountains. Working dude ranches offer a real Montana experience the old-fashioned way. Quaint bed-and-breakfast inns nestled in local neighborhoods, close to shopping and dining, are a very relaxing way to experience the hometown atmosphere of the Flathead Valley.

Resorts, vacation homes, motels, and hotels round out your vacation choices in the Flathead Valley. Many of the resorts in the area offer amenities you would find in larger cites: conference centers, indoor/outdoor pools, spas, room service, shuttle service to and from the airport, and fine dining. Some of these resorts are located on the ski slopes or adjacent to one of the many championship golf courses in the Valley. Family-friendly motels and hotels are clean and inviting, with several national chains represented along with family-operated properties.

Local communities are very proud of their historic hotels and lodges. Some are located in Glacier National Park, while others are in the historic sections of several towns in the area. If your family needs space to spread out, you might want to inquire about some of the vacation homes available for week-long vacations that make you feel like a local. Overnight, for a weekend, or a week, the Flathead Valley has more than 3,000 rooms to choose from.

If your preference is more outdoorsy, the valley’s many campgrounds and RV parks have spaces for tents, travel trailers, motor homes or fifth-wheels. Amenities at these RV parks range from rustic to full service. What a great way to be close to all the outdoor adventures available! Enjoy camping next to hiking trails, river-rafting, horseback-riding, wildlife-viewing, or one of the many other activities the valley has to offer.

Please use our helpful guide to find the right lodging facility for you and your family to enjoy your stay in the Flathead Valley.
